Summerhill's Facilities
In addition to our mountain bike and walking trails, we have several facilities available for you; car parking, toilets, picnic tables and a new forest classroom. There is also an entry shelter with an information board and a trails map.
Car parking
Our onsite carpark is situated off Reid Road and has capacity for 50 cars.
If you are a group travelling to Summerhill by bus, please email admin@summerhill.nz to ensure there are no conflicting events on the date of your trip.
Forest Classroom
This new structure in the Summerhill Forest, the 'Forest Classroom', provides further opportunities for people of all ages to enjoy and learn from our mixed native and exotic forest settings.

The Woolshed
The woolshed is an old farming building at Summerhill by the carpark. The facility is about to undergo a renovation.
